Refund Policy and Exchange Policy

This policy applies only to goods purchased in this online store
If you purchased our products second hand or from another physical store or an online marketplace, that sellers own policy will apply, or your agreement with that seller or reseller.
Changes of the refund and exchange policy
As we will always look to improve our service and business our refund policy is subject to change.
If we changed the refund policy after you made your purchase and you contact us with a refund request or exchange request, we will use the version of the refund policy that was in order when you made your purchase.
Please keep your receipt/proof of purchase as it will be necessary to have in the case of refunds and exchanges.
Refund eligibility time frame for purchases made in 2019-2020
For a chance of cash refund of a purchase you always need to contact us no less than 30 days after the product was shipped to you.
To be eligible for a cash refund your item must always be completely unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging so please keep the packaging for the first 30 days if you may want to ask for a cash refund.
Since our cash refund policy lasts for 30 days it means that if you contact us 31 days after your purchase or more, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a cash refund. We may however be able to offer you some form of discounted product or exchange.
The more rare and expensive your product colorway and design is, the longer time you become eligible to contact us for a chance to exchange your product.
Please note that a receipt of purchase is necessary for all exchanges as well as returning the original product.
If you buy the product with a special discount as a follower of David Krug or partners, then the number of eligibility days will be shortened with the same percentage as your discount.
Eligibility time frame for product exchanges
These are the time frames for products purchased in 2019-2020:
• 90 In The World Colorway: 30 days.
Needs to be new and unused.
• 50 In The World Colorway: 60 days.
Needs to be new and unused.
• 25 In The World Colorway: 6 months
(185 days). Light use is OK.
• 10 In The World Colorway: 1 year.
Use is OK.
• 5 In The World Colorway: 2 years
(730 days). Use is OK.
• 3 In The World Colorway: 3 years
(1095 days) Use is OK.
• 2 In The World Colorway: 5 years
(2920 days) Use is OK.
• 1 In The World Colorway: 10 years
(5840 days) Use is OK.
We normally do not exchange a product more than one time, unless if the exchange product would be faulty on delivery, for example damaged by the shipping company.
The limited edition products of 1-10 In The World Colorways may in some cases be eligible for more than one product replacement.
If you buy the product with a special discount as a follower of David Krug or collaborators, then the number of eligibility days will be shortened/reduced with the same percentage as your discount percent.
You buy a 3 In The World Colorway with a 10 % discount:
The usual 1095 days eligibility is reduced with 10% to 986 days.
If you contact us after your eligible time period has run out we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange, but you are always welcome to send us your feedback even when your time is up. On a case by case basis we may for example be able to offer you a discount on your next product.
Exchange reasons for 90-50 In The World Colorway products
We mainly replace these items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email e-mail here and we will respond so that you can send us a clear, detailed photo of the defect or damage that your product had when you received it. Explain what you are unhappy with and let us know what city and country you are in, and we will reply with more information.
Exchange reasons for less than 26 In The World Colorway products
For these products we are more flexible with the reasons to exchange. Send us an e-mail with your concerns and we will take it from there.
Non-refundable items from the online store:
Gift cards purchased in the store are non-refundable.
In the future we may add products in the store that are exempt from being returned.
This could be perishable or edible goods or products that are intimate. If you are not sure, always look at the refund policy at the time of the purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, for example if items are not eligible since they are not in their original condition, are dirty, stained, have wear and tear, damages, are purchased at a discount or are missing parts or packages for reasons not due to our error.
In some cases like these we still may grant a special discount, an exchange or a partial refund.
Any item where the purchaser contacts us after the specified eligibility period or sends the product back later than agreed or sends it back in a way where the products is missing and never delivered to us.
Receiving the return product from you and notifying you
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or we may agree on an alternative payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanging or refunding items bought at a discounted price
All refund and exchange requests are on a case by case basis.
Regular priced items will have a higher approval rate for full refunds or exchanges than items that were purchased using a special discount code or link.
Discounted purchases may in some cases instead be given a discount for future purchases or a partial refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and if you qualify for an exchange, then you receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Send us an e-mail and let us know what city and country you are in, and we will reply with an address for you to send the product to.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to the giver and then given to you, and if you qualify for an exchange, then we will send a gift credit to the buyer/giver so please be aware that the person will know that you exchanged the product.
To return your product always e-mail us and let us know what city and country you are in and what the reason wanting to return the product is and we will reply with the applicable return address depending on the product and your location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For your safety consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Since we do not control the mail and shipping companies we can not guarantee and do not guarantee that we receive your returned item.
When a product that you sent reaches us, we normally will let you know within 3-4 business days after we receive it.
Terms of Service
